Are you looking for a way to make your Outlook mail box size smaller? We use Outlook Attachment Remover. We have a lot of large mailboxes on our exchange server. Our video editor is not a fan of keeping his mail cleaned up, so we ran the attachment remover on his mailbox. His mailbox size went from 2Gb to 200Mb after we moved all his mail from the exchange server to his local drive. We saved 1.8Gb of space. If we did not clean up attachments from people’s mailboxes we needed to spend a couple of grand to upgrade our mail server, and increase hard disk space.
